    • The millesimes is rapened in barrels until they are put in bottles. It evoluates constanly in its softness, roundness as well as in aroma of fruit, confit, vanilla, cacao, almond. The range varies from 1888 to 1989, each label mantioning it. If you wish, i could give you the best millesime of every decade.
